Booking Conditions:
Your room at the Telinda guesthouse newquay, will be ready for occupation by 3pm on the day of your arrival, and will you please vacate your room by 10am on the day of departure.
Paying for your Holiday:
£40 per person deposit is required on reservation, balance in full on arrival. Payment may be made by cash or debit/credit card. Cheques are accepted for postal deposits only if received 30 days before the reservation arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
We strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance as deposits are non-refundable.
Group Bookings:
A £30 cash bond per person and credit/debit card details of the group leader are required on arrival as a deposit against the following :
 Any damage to the hotel.
Bringing in unpaid guests.
Disturbing other hotel guests.
Cash bond is refundable on departure if all conditions have
been met to the satisfaction of the Trelinda Hotel Owners.
Each room will be checked prior to your departure.
We want you to enjoy your stay and are sure that you will respect our premises. We feel there will be very few occasions where deposit retention will be required.
Client Responsibility:
Guests are expected to behave properly and in such a manner as to cause no annoyance or distress to other guests.
Guests who are unwilling or unable to comply, at our sole discretion, will be asked to leave the premises.
No refund of any money will be given.
Only paying guests are allowed in the hotel.
For every ones security recorded CCTV is used in the car park and the hotel premises.
When we identify that anyone has brought unpaid guests into the hotel without registering and getting the permission of the hotel management, the management reserve the rights to take payment from the credit/debit card or demand payment from the persons bringing unpaid guests into the hotel premises at the rate as charged for that date as identified in the hotel tariff. A receipt will be given with proof if required.
Car Parking:
Any vehicles left in our car park are at owners risk. No responsibility for theft or damage is accepted by the establishment.
Please also note:
We do not accept pets - sorry!
Due to new government legislation regarding health and safety, as from the 1st of July 2007 it is against the law to smoke anywhere on the hotel premises.
If anyone contravenes this law the Hotel Trelinda management have no other option but to ask the persons involved to leave the hotel and there will be NO refund for days left on the booking. This ruling is for the health and safety of all our guests and employees.
Please bring your own towels for use on the beaches.
Or alternatively, you can rent them from us.
